it's interesting how in the U.S. people jump on every new thing before it's been fully researched, but then have terrible diets and lifestyles alongside… with so much stress, and lack of sleep, and food every-where… It's like, two extremes. Even when they try to be healthy, it's extreme. Like eating only meat, or eating only veg, or, eating only raw.. And then taking the most, advanced supplements available 😊 Every vitamin and mineral extracted for max-imum potency.
