What Joe is really concerned with — and maybe he knows it, maybe he doesn't — is people like Jamie Metzl.
Asking the corrupt, warmongering corporatists at the Atlantic Council for opinions on values and morality is like asking a proctologist for their opinion on neurology — they might be smart enough to give some information, but at the end of the day they are the ones with their fingers meddling in the shit.
Rich people investing is bad because they may receive a benefit….yeah I'd rather the technology existed in the first place. Medicine used to be for the rich too.
