Do Americans really not realize their country peaked a long ago and the "Empire" is now on death support? It looked better for a while with Obama but Trump was the final nail in the coffin. Respect and trust from the rest of the world – never coming back. That's just how it is.
An advocate for Freetrade I take it. I don't support access to infiltrate and create a dependancy that undermines our economy and actually promotes greed and poverty in 3 rd world manufacturing hubs.As a developed, successful nation we should not empower corporations and politicians to undermine our standard of living by imposing policies that ultimately weaken the country's economic base and political leverage for profit.We are already morally compromised enough.

Found a hardcover Copy of Michael Crichton's book Next at a thrift store a couple years ago. This reminds me of it. Crichton saw all of this coming over a decade ago, but if you consider what he said in Jurassic Park, especially his introduction, it was more like thirty years ago. I wish he were here, I wonder what he'd be writing about now…
