This is a good podcast, but Joe sounds so stupid as far as the basics of restaurant. “I didn’t know it was a lot of work for food to come out good”

I hope I wasn't the only one to notice this lady bragging about how good she was doing, about how she could bank roll construction in 5 NEW RESTAURANTS out of her own account… Then the next sentence talk about how she knows most of her employees live paycheck to paycheck… How fucked up is that, she complains about how rough things are and knows she is paying bad wages to the people she is pretending to care about.
