Lol why does Joe gatekeep archery? He shoots a compound with just about every little instrument on it imagineable and he gets his bows tuned for him acting as if it's "real archery". He has a plunger, pin sight, peep sight, string release, and the immensely easier draw that a compound provides. Joe wouldn't be able to hunt at all if you threw a recurve in his hands. Whatever archery instrument you use doesn't mean shit. I shoot recurve but I hunt with a crossbow. Why? Because I'm HUNTING I'm not at a fucking target shootout. I'm not pretending to be a Comanche so I can impress some pathetic LOSERS that hunt to prove something. I'm going to use what I believe will ethically kill the animal. This doesn't change the fact that I outhunt dudes shooting rifles, shotgun, and muzzleloader. All these dudes playing with their "rEaL aRcHeRy" compounds aren't successful hunters 90% of the time no matter what the fuck they use. They're so far up they're own ass that they think it's 100% the instrument's fault so they lash out at anyone using a better instrument.
