  1. Theres a reason for the hairs in our nose which is covered with snot, its a natural filter. onto which captured pollutants turn into dried boogers.
    Go work within construction site, cut some lumber, trim some drywall, grind some cement while being a mouth breather. Tell me how much your lungs like it.

  2. Hell of a podcast to be recommended when everyone is being told to mask up and put yourself in a breathing deficit. Imagine how much of a problem that must be for 25-50% of people who can't even use their 👃 right

  3. 1:15:17, I had one of those when I was 16-17, they wanted you to turn the crank two to three times per day. About every 3 days, you would feel your bone fusion crack loose. It felt comparable to being smacked in the head with a bat, minus the pain, but your sinuses would open right up, and for me, my adrenaline would spike. Probably fight or flight if I had to guess.
