I have heard this happened here in Nashville, especially the chronic people they arrest. Just so they don't have to deal with them anymore.

that's a surprise to you? a LOT of cities give the homeless bus tickets, look what the Biden assholes are doing with the illegals, this is NOT B.S., i've seen it!
Some cities even PAY people to be homeless….I just read an article about a man who gets nearly $700 a month, a phone, food stamps, all kinds of shit all just to stay homeless. And He LOVES it, straight up says he sees NO reason to NOT be homeless. and i wanna say it was in California…. They literally just bounce them back and forth from city to city. its kinda fucked up.
