Can the interviewer let the doctor finish his sentence?Just for once.Constant interrupting doesn't help the audience to learn something for Dr Huberman.Rogan changes the subject all the time with constant interruptions.Let the doctor finish his message please.Huberman has a lot to say.
I remember watching the Rogan/Goggins interview and Goggins said that he stretches for two hours every night because he stressed his body out too much over the years that he nearly died from it. Guess that’s the downtime theory that this professor was referring to.

Joe Rogan interrupting Dr HUBERMAN the whole time and then after 2hours he's like "sorry for interrupting you"… DUDE LEARN TO LISTEN and it was Inappropriate that part when he wanted to show that picture sent to him about the 2 women!
