I used to work for one of the major Cable companies and it was the worst experience I ever had… I felt like I was burning in hell working there. Having to sell Cable and Home Phones when people are calling in to get Internet ONLY. Not only that they have an insanely complication computer system that causes extremely long wait times for customers and frustration for the agents. Not only that crazy bills with hidden and constantly changing fees. I left the job and am making less money but I'm way more happy now. These days everything is streaming but these companies are gonna stick to the old ways as long as they can before they fully make the switch.
