She's right about zoological diseases, and colon cancer, and saturated fat does seem to cause increased rates of heart disease.
But neither red meat nor saturated fat correlates to an increase in all cause mortality and a vegan diet doesn't correlate to a decrease in all cause mortality.
Which indicates there is a trade off in health factors between eating or not eating meat.
The rest if her "facts" are just ideologically cherry picked data that don't look at the whole picture.
Of course animal abuse is bad, industrialized meat farming is a product of food regulations that have only served big ag and not made anything safer not more equitable, if anything it's done the opposite.
