Joe, just because someone did a study and traced some IPs back to Russia doesn't mean they are Russian bots and proof of Russian meddling, because there's this thing called VPNs out there. You know Virtual Private Networks. So anyone can set up a bunch of fake accounts together with a bunch of other people and they all have VPNs and they can all switch their VPNs and choose the option that allows them to change the country they are from, thereby protecting their true origin. So all they have to do is switch their VPN to show they are from Russia. That's how VPNs get around geoblocking. The companies offering VPNs have servers around the world, so when you change your country, the server in that country you choose changes your IP address. So someone tracing some IPs back to Russia means absolutely nothing …. well it probably means that the CIA/NSA or someone else is probably fucking with a lot of people and gas lighting them with bullshit evidence by setting up a fake network of computers all with VPNs set to Russia, and then point the finger and say ''see, we told you there's Russian meddling''.
The only way to solve the homeless problem, coming from someone who was formerly homeless, is to legalize drugs and make them affordable. The government will, in turn, make the money back instead of spending it on keeping a lot of these folks in jail or just constantly booking and releasing them. Then, they will be allowed to become legitimate members of society and will turn to legal means to obtain their drugs.
