1:12:52 Any idea who the "goofy vegan doctor" is from a previous podcast talking about elderberry? Would love to hear the counter argument towards this statement as I have friends on both the vegan and carnivore side with both being pro-elderberry, so I'd like insight on the debate haha

"Most plants are inedible, but almost all animals are edible" ….if we maintain that same logic, most chemicals in any organic chemistry laboratory are likely toxic. However, I doubt any of us would want to live in a world without small molecule therapeutics. Many drugs, such as metformin, have been derived from plants.
