I've read somewhere that it was not her that put in all the work to free these people but Black female lawyers. She was just put in the forefront because she is famous. Regardless i am happy that These people are free

Please look up The Decarceration Collective. It is a non-profit law firm that advocates for criminal justice reform started by Brittany K Barnett and MiAngel Cody. Yes Kim K helped by giving financial support which is great but these two amazing women put in the work to help get those 17 prisoners freed. They also deserve recognition and respect for all that they have done and continue to do.
So proud to see Kim K use her platform for good! Go girl!
and all 17 were back in prison within 6 months
