All the people on here in support of punishing pedophiles who havent hurt anyone, sound almost as bad as the racists in the South after the "Civil War" who arrested black people on suspicion that they were thinking about stealing and were going to steal
We all think about doing illegal things or hurting other people and sometimes we even have strong urges to but we NEVER come close to acting on it
We might as well follow the blueprint on 1984 or Minority Report with thought police

Just like the bible. If you have Homosexual thoughts, it is not sin as long as you don’t act on in. This should apply here. If you don’t act on you pedophilia thoughts, you shouldn’t be punished.
