46:00 I've literally said this exact same thing to my partner recently. I've been deconstructing my religion which was non-denominational Christianity. In hind sight it was a really modern, liberal church. They kept church leaders in check when one was found to be cheating on his wife. They were transparent when it came to church funds and where donations or "Tithes" were being allocated. Were very accepting of women in church leadership positions. So I grew up with these morals which I believe helped shape me to be a good man.
But there's also the negatives like sexual abstinence and chastity. And I was made to feel so guilty and almost unworthy if I sinned. These were all because "God says so" , "in the Bible". So the morals- yes, spirituality – no.
