  1. if you don't believe how this works look at the recent olympic games in Japan the female (am I allowed to say that) ha ha 100m final and heats the lady from Jamacia came 3rd she was in her 30's as she came across the line and during the sprint you can see he mouth was shut the other winners and 2nd we very young.. it works I run 10km in 40mins I am 57 and breath via my nose in nearly all my training

  2. Almost anyone who's actually a competitive knows that they naturally breathe through the mouth when they want maximum performance and/or whenever the intensity increases.

    Strict nose breathing is unnatural and limiting kind of like inhaling on the up phase of a pushup and exhaling on the way down…

  3. Make sure while breathing through your nose you position your tongue so that its always on the roof of your mouth. Doing so will open your airways and if you don't do this naturally you should notice a huge improvement. Might sound crazy but I'm not lying when I say doing this consistently has changed the way I breathe altogether.
