  1. Yes. I FIXED my breathing issues with nasal breathing. Had broken my nose and already had a deviated septum.

    And the difference is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. dropped mins off run time. Almost 10 on 3 miles. And I'm 46 and not a runner. Can wrestle and train bjj for hours with no problem. And not sore at all after. Makes training actually enjoyable ALL THE TIME now.
