I used be able to hold breath for 1 min tops.
After I force myself to breathe thru nose only after this podcast, I'm now able to hold breathe for 1 min 40 sec consistently.
2:34 This is a real valid point and how i solved my nose breathing issue completely. For a decade or longer i couldn't breathe through my nose and i thought i would require surgery or some treatment.
But really soon after i learned we should breathe through out noses, i just forced myself to do it and voila, the airways opened up and now i can brethe perfectly fine. If you don't use your nose for breathing, your body thinks it's not a necessary thing to keep open.

What do you do when swimming?
I thought breathing through your nose while doing cardio was commons sense. I guess not 🤷
