Even though this kind of heated debate can be hard to watch, you learn a lot.
John Macky was being evasive, Joe was being penetrating. The weak will see a combative impolite bully. The strong will see authentic passion for accuracy. At the end of the day, it's easy to guess why John would promote a plant-based diet (even if his "scientific" evidence is unreliable or even potentially useless). I think Joe is doing more (and HAS more freedom to be unbiased with his claims) to promote what merely does seem truthful, all things considered. Just consider the motivations on either side, Joe isn't just a meat fanatic, he wants to be accurate and John was getting a little slippery here…
