Hey guys if you’re interested in learning more about drug cartel culture I translate the songs to English on my channel.
Im a first generation American, parents from Mexico, and this dude is spot on. I’m 20 and a BUNCH of guys and gals around my age glorify these Narcos. Like El Mayo, El chapo, El mencho, all those guys. It is really weird how that came to be, like the Narcos become Robin Hood, it’s annoying to see kids like me say “free el chapo” or wear his shirts to me it’s so stupid. But what Americans don’t see is how these drug lords help their local communities so much that they love them so much. It’s sad to see but imagine if your whole family is dead broke and you see your parents bust their ass to make a living and some guy came along and just changed your whole life.. of course they’d love them.
