wow, bipolar disorder can be managed by being athletic and just "sucking it up". Joe is a visionary
Joe could cure someone with simple depression with diet and exercise but Brody was way much fucked up. I've been where he was but when I went on the medication Brody takes I could no longer identify with the mindset I had when I was ill. That's what it's like for Joe. He feels good and he's only every had simple depression. He's never really gone down the rabbit hole.
He was also talking about the struggles of making enough money, being old in the industry and talking about doing Uber 10 days before his suicide.
No one knows how it feels unless you go through it, unless you live it. Listening and showing support and love not lecturing when someone is in a dark place. 🙏
