We live in a society were women decide who they want to be with because they have equal rights then we men have, not a long time ago they were not equal to us and dependent on men to have a saved future. Now things changed and women started to get more picky, now looks in men matter more then it used to because women have the opportunity to choose from a large men base, the best option available will be picked. So joining the gym and getting cosmetic surgerys will improve your smv. But if you had a big nose then your future child will probably get one too, no matter how perfect your corrent nose looks your genetics are still the same. The problem still remains the same :Your genetics are still not high class
