Sometimes the shit joe says is retarded. He gets done saying that waterboarding doesn't permanently injure someone then says the torture he least wants to be done to him is waterboarding. I can think of a million other things that are legit torture.

I don't have a problem with Waterboarding as a way of getting information that could save innocent lives, if it's for national security and an independent court has seen evidence for the reason to Waterboard the suspect. But Waterboarding people at random without evidence could lead to more innocent people we are trying to help turning against us and working with the terrorists instead of us. we need these innocent civilians as snitches for Intel.
