The Montauk Project is an alleged series of secret United States government projects conducted at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station on Montauk, Long Island, for the purpose of developing psychological warfare techniques and exotic research including time travel. Jacques Vallée describes allegations of the Montauk Project as an outgrowth of stories about the Philadelphia Experiment.

My uncle was a tunnel rat in Vietnam..I talked to my aunt last year and she said, he is going crazy.. She told me some things he did which is kinda odd.. It really bothered him of the people he killed.. He stays to himself while my aunt runs her flower and gift shop.. She loves she can still work but she has to get away from him because he is losing his mind.. She told me about the things they did to him in Vietnam that messed him up.. But who really knows what they really did to him..
I sent a request 5 months ago to get in touch with Scott. I need his help. Please tell me how to get in touch with him. I can't find him on the internet.
