Sick of eddi bravo, he has been hit in the head one too many times. Feel sorry for so much stupidity in one person….
The reason that rockets arc into an almost level trajectory, is because you have to exit and enter the atmosphere at a certain angle with little margin for error. If you try to go straight up, the immense pressure of the atmosphere will cause a stall. Just like if you try to enter straight or with too much angle, your craft will either get ripped apart, or bounce off and go off into space. The small angle to exit and enter is very specific.
