  1. 2 points: 1. your brain is plastic, meaning that although it's capacity for knowledge retention is "finite" as he says, it's a lot more expandable than most of us think or make use of, particularly because memory involves building on information we already have stored our brains – we make associations and try to square every new piece of information with what we already know on the subject…meaining that the more we know, the easier we find it to learn more; 2. there's no such thing as "multi-tasking", because the human brain can only concentrate on one thing at a time. When people like this guy talk about multi-tasking, they actually mean switching their attention from one task to another in quick succession…which is actually very tiring for the brain. He needs to brush up on human psychology – not as smart as he clearly thinks he is.
