Hey Bobby in the defense of the casino, and it happened to me also, all or at least the one's I've been to, Native American casino's have it posted with signs that you must have a valid driver's license in order to collect any jackpots, cash checks ext. But what I did was I gave it to my girlfriend who had a valid driver's license and she was able to collect it lol… Gave her a a few hundred and shit was cool, and it all went back the casino anyway lol, so it was a win, win, win situation, the casino,me and my girlfriend.
