i went to nyc in '85 or '86 & it was GRIMY. the subway, the whole place was like bubble gum thats been on the bottom of your shoe for a while & has collected loads of dirt & dog shit & pubes stuck to it.
I got got as a kid in the city with the “find the ball under the cup” scam and learned quick.
A bunch of hipsters not from New York complaining about how "commercialized" time square is…the whole idea of white "artist" living in poor new york city neighborhoods has been commercialized for decades now
