did fb for two years or so, a few years back. one of many wild interesting experiences that i had, and don't regret.
but doing it all the time is insane. i have email, keep contact with one person, which i discovered through fb. i am thankful for that. it's good to make contact, but once you did, you should leave the party, and go somewhere more private. it is a good tool, but people totally mistreat it, like many other things. you have to learn to use it for your own good. me i don't feel any need for, but there is nothing wrong to go there once in awhile.
this year i had the pleasure to spend over 6 months without internet at all, which i have to admit is luxury not everyone can effort easily. but it's all in your hands..
