It's amazing to me how many immigrants that came here 30 yrs ago are vastly better off than millions of people born here in the last 30 yrs. I've seen generations of immigrants proudly exclaim their small businesses (some even CEOs or owners of large businesses), or middle class family lives, while millions of people born here, who for whatever reason aare unable to get a job, go into the military, etc. are expected to exist penny to penny, on 25% the federal poverty level, with zero hopes for any improvement or any chance at all to escape their small town prisons…
