It’s so hilarious how afraid they seem to be of Mexico. It’s nothing like they say. I’m from Ohio and have spent several years all throughout Mexico. Never once have I felt unsafe and the people are, in my opinion, a lot nicer and welcoming than most places I’ve been to. I think it’s also a good thing that people maintain these bad ideas of Mexico so that foreigners stay out, keeping the Mexican prices low.
