At the end of the day mma is still a sport with rules… in a street fight there are so many positions where you can get eye gouged, headbutted, punched in the nuts, stomped or soccer kicked… ufc is NOT the most realistic form of fighting. If someone got your back in a street fight they should go back and forth between gouging your eyes and going for the choke… eye gouges alone change everything
