Abby is a very pragmatic thinker. I worked for the Bernie Sanders campaign. I felt he would have been a good political balance. He would have been facing a Republican government and they would have had to work together. He would have been great. Political effery mucked it up.

Good grief!
I'm not opposed to Universal healthcare, but I just don't think it would work in the US. 1) I don't think it's scalable to the size of the US. 2) We would consume more healthcare resources than any other country because we are so unhealthy. Hospitals would be spread too thin. I also have full confidence our government would overspend and screw up implementation.
