I used to love to work out, but that was back when I had a washer and dryer. Now that I have to go to a laundromat, I'm very reluctant to work out.
HAHA I love how Santino has been on the JRPC but not Bobby.
Since I’ve been a child, going on a run was like the most miserable thing ever. Every time I felt like I was dying. So naturally, at 37, I decided to become a runner. And at first I couldn’t even jog without keeping my heart rate outrageously high. I’d have to alternate walking with jogging. Little by little over the last 6 months, my running has improved to the point now where I am running consistently for 5 miles and improving in time running at low heart rates. I now run 4-5 times per week and could not even imagine having to stop running I enjoy it so much. I won’t ever probably run a marathon or run at a low heart rate for 7 minute miles, but thinking about how much progress I’ve made in 6 months is astounding. Planning to run the rest of my life or as long as I physically can. (I also lift heavy twice a week full body.)
Lying here watching this from the sofa 😂
You'll never regret a workout that you did do.
