I think working out can become an addiction, like if you stop doing it you have some sort of withdrawal, so is that really something good? the good feelings are only temporary
Having time to workout is a luxury and privilege.
For me I’ve noticed small things like taking a shower is a huge reward after a hard day of work
Sometimes people are just too exhausted.
Its a must to work out or do some kind of physical activity. Its just great for the mind and body.
