This thread is for soy boys and desk jockeys.
Do a real job, and you won’t need to work out (unless you simply want to look more muscular).
Personally, I only want to do it 1 out of 2 times yet I like studying math 10 out of 20 times.
I ran this cross country and I beat this person I wanted to beat felt like a king even though I didn't come first I pushed myself hard af and this was in primary school I throw up after the race, some fat teacher was like don't exaggerate, I was like okay.
I genuinely feel like I’m in a rut. When I do workout, it causes me an enormous amount of pain. I keep getting told you’re not doing it right you’re not doing it right andcive been with at least three personal trainers. When I workout, it hurts everywhere. Not in a muscle sore kind of way but like pins and needles. I do it every day but end up crying because for the next ten to fifteen minutes it hurts to even move. I’m 145 lbs at five feet tall so not super big by any means. I thought maybe fibro but I tested negative. I don’t know what it is. Doesn’t help that I work 50 hours a week.
crazy joe not everyone has steroids pumping thru their veins causing their hair to fall out and a boatload of cash and a cushy nonjob.
