When I was at my absolute fittest, working out 3 or 4 days a week, was when I was at my most rock-bottom depressed. Exercise feela emotionally awful.
I imagine it’s an easier undertaking for a millionaire podcaster.
I'm 53. Never really worked out in my life. I never belonged to a gym. I wouldn't even know how to use any of the machines or how to lift weights. I'd be embarrassed to ask anyone how. I'm pretty much an introvert, and I would feel uncomfortable working out around other people. The most I've ever tried to do is go for walks but I get bored of it very quickly. I'd rather watch TV or anything else. Exercise is extremely boring to me. No intellectual stimulation.
After playing 3 sports in highschool for 4 years. I gave up working out after that. Kinda ruined it for me. If i even think about running it makes me nauseous. All those sprints in 100 degree weather in full pads. Fuck that. I was 155 in highschool and im 165 now and that was 15 years ago 😂 I just eat clean.
It is silly i agree
