I discovered Billy Blanks ten years ago, my mind and body feel so much better than they did in high school. Started off slow, then slowly built up my endurance. If I can do it, anyone can. Listen to people’s advice when they suggest putting an exercise routine into your life, even if it’s a quick ten minute routine each day! You’ll start to feel and look a million times better!
I dont like working out. I start and then will do it a few weeks, to then not to it again. I just dont like it. For some it has nothing to do with laziness.
My mom has never worked out and she is fine and she is 83. Ok, she does use a pacemaker.
It’s not just how you look, but how you feel physically and mentally and spiritually. Clear mind and plenty of energy.
I think people should (competitively) pick up a sport. If you do, there's no way you get out of lifting weights. If you train hard at your sport, you will hit a point where the only way you get better is to lift and get stronger.
