  1. I discovered Billy Blanks ten years ago, my mind and body feel so much better than they did in high school. Started off slow, then slowly built up my endurance. If I can do it, anyone can. Listen to people’s advice when they suggest putting an exercise routine into your life, even if it’s a quick ten minute routine each day! You’ll start to feel and look a million times better!

  2. I think people should (competitively) pick up a sport. If you do, there's no way you get out of lifting weights. If you train hard at your sport, you will hit a point where the only way you get better is to lift and get stronger.
