  2. I started with just jumping rope throughout the day. Sucked at first probably only did like 5 minutes a day the first week. Now I do cardio 2hrs a day light weightlifting & calisthenics every other day. Just a little everyday. Now I can't live without. Just don't feel like myself. Took a year though. So lazy.

  3. I been listening to jre for years. At 35 i finally quit smoking ciggs, started working out in the a.m an p.m after work. No more sugar. I was gonna compare photos in 3 months but its been a month and the results are so much better than i imagined. No bullshit rogan got me in the best shape i ever been in mentally and physically.
