I disagree. The halo is a place of consciousness above the head. If you find yourself rising and resting above your head, then you should also feel your point of consciousness in the lower belly. Consciousness can travel to different positions in and around the body. It's a tragedy that this experience is extremely rare without the use of a catalyst because consciousness displaced on its own naturally is a beautiful and utterly familiar experience. The halo is the rightful place for consciousness due to its ability to naturally disperse consciousness to evenly encompassing the totality of the self.
