He mentioned 360 degrees in Freemasonry which was misunderstood. It actually refers the masonic compass, as you become Entered Apprentice you represent a 180° (Degree) turn, you're turning your back to knowledge. As a Fellow Craft you are at a 330° angle, you're looking at the overall vicinity of knowledge but your vision a bit crooked.
Now you're Master Chie… Mason, you represent the 360 degree turn as you're finally facing the right direction, the direction of knowledge.
From now on you can go for other Rites and acquire other much coveted degrees based on your area of expertise or achievements (Janitor Inquisitor of the Order, Prince of the Asphalt and such) and as you earn them you will turn a few degrees, but as a Master you're expected to correct the angle as necessary.
Knowledge is Power (The More You Know).
