Man Yves was my favorite fighter back in the day really glad I found this interview he always seemed like a cool guy.
At a party with around 70 people we did that head to the wall trick, and it’s true all girls but one did it, while non of the guys were able to do it except for me and one other guy… and I agree with Joe, I don’t get how the other guys couldn’t do it, it was easy as hell, I think a big part of it was psychological, like the guys at the party simply put it in their heads that they can’t do it cause they were introduced to the test as it’s something that only women can do.
The biggest difference between men and women in athletics is fast twitch muscles. It's not that surprising that hanging which is not fast twitch would be much more even.
Also with the chair one it's simple physics and length of feet legs and torso ratio that make it possible to raise the chair.
We were told sitting on our legs, the male would have two fist-widths between the legs, and the women would have one fist-width
We have to spread our legs or we will crush our nuts….if women are gonna make an issue out of this than we men need to make an issue out of women who wear dresses in confined spaces…when they do we will call it "snatchgassing" …and complain their cooch is fouling up the air in a confined space like a subway car….quit making the air we breath toxic with your putrid poo-say.
