At some point, the intelligent will have to force the idiots to sit down and shut up.
But guys… it's all vague … there are not specific … it's too general not a single punctual example.
It feels to me, the point EW is trying to make, but never gets to it, is whoever has the best merit to be in the lab, is who needs to be there, there should not be pressure to include subpar scientists just for concerns of diversity.
He mentioned women should be more supported, I'm assuming to raise their level to make the cut, but if they don't get to the require level, being Cambodian, female, trans, whatever the background of the individual, does not qualify them if they don't have the technical skills and background.
