He makes sense, but his theory doesn't preclude injustice as well.
"No ones putting a glass of scotch in their hand and a cigar in their mouth and saying "Comon kid, let me show you how its done."" -Eric Weinstein This quote is more a comment on missing aptitude in the incoming workforce than any type of sociological failing. Younger workers wouldn't appreciate or even identify the old social moors because they are based on earlier values (which include conversation, social interaction – something impossible today) that the current gen simply cant uphold/endure. Thoughts?

That last line hits very hard. As someone who “succeeded” through elite academia to the PhD level, I and many of my cohorts have lost a lot of respect for our mentor generation.
