joe thinks he is smart and interjects his thoughts into conversations that he usually doesnt even understand and he does this like an excited child trying to show the math teacher how to do basic math such as addition, while the topic is multiplication. he has good drive, and a good show, but his average iq will wear on you quickly
Of course IQ = smartness you imbecile! South Africa has one the highest crime rates in the world now, 2nd or 3rd highest and definitely the highest unemployment rates and lowest standard of education on the continent I suppose that's all just an unhappy coincidence and nothing to do with IQ?
