i agree going to the gym hungry , if i have an full meal I rather just don't work out that day
I live a sedentary lifestyle and lightweight deadlifts (about 75kg) have greatly improved my lower back strength and the pain i had in that area is basically gone.

He's absolutely right. Same goes for barbell rows. I snapped my back doing it. It's not worth it. I would rather do chest supported rows for my middle back to keep the weight off my lower back.
