  1. Well I gotta call BS on the "never do deadlifts". I have actually fixed my low back issues doing deadlifts. I suffered for more than 10 years with constant low back pain. Tried 3 different chiropractors for a while with only temporary relief. I started doing deadlifts making sure I was doing them correctly by starting very light and slowly over time increasing the weight. Now I don't have the issues I used to suffer from. I am now able to deadlift 325lbs. I am just about 50 years old. At first, for a while, I didn't think it was working but then one day I was getting out of bed and the pain I was so used to just wasn't there. It has stayed that way for me. So I guess I just have to do deadlifts for the rest of my life 😀
