βFiletβ haha! OB is a f***ing animal!
We used to get high and sit in chairs side by side and fight for the 20 inch bamboo stick!
Had no clue it was a sport!!
We rocked hand on the arms of the chairs. It was awesome!!

I've always had better results and faster healing by going back to light lifting very quickly after a muscle tear. I believe it stimulates faster healing and better repair. You just have to be smart about it and have the common sense to know how far to push it. I'm now in my 40s and I do take more rest days in general now. I used to lift every day and now I go every other day. Not because I have slowed down or experienced problems but rather because I'm trying to be smart. While I feel exactly the same as I did at 18 physically I know that it would be unwise for me to keep acting as if I were that age. When I take a day or even two off from lifting I feel very strong the next time I workout, stronger than I do if I go daily. Cardio I do a bit of daily but that is completely fine.
