Antifa does not get any charges in most places because they are the governments Sturmabteilung (Brown Shirts). It is far from just Portland as they are worldwide. Protected in most places. Even Biden's campaign donated to a legal fund for them, as did Kamala Harris.
That city and a lot like it on that coast could really use a natural disaster
