Truly accepting Jesus Christ, and truly being "saved" are different from simply saying that we accept Christ and continuing living in sin without seeking God to change us. So when we truly accept Jesus Christ, we will strive daily to live for Him and through His Love, Mercy, and Grace, God changes us. God knows our hearts. Jesus is our advocate before the Father. So when we are truly "saved" we won't think that it's ok to live in sin, even though we are sinners. Our desires will be to do the will of God. We are made pure by the Blood of Jesus Christ and only by the Blood of Jesus Christ. We need to be careful in making Christians think that it is almost impossible to be saved. But Christ is working on our behalf and makes us perfect only by "His Rightness" not ours. THANK YOU LORD JESUSβΌοΈ The problem is that we sometimes use the term saved very loosely.
